You should be able to say that Norton so trusted the connection and make it a contact person and the North can help (you have an active account) with them if this does not turn off and you can protect your firewall router fire

Norton takes it upon themselves to block incoming connections that are not specified, or say, activate Norton, disable or uninstall.
Uninstall Norton and solve your problems - is a value-mother. The Internet router has a built-in firewall that protects them.
